Dr. Raghad M. Aboualkhir is a board-certified Specialist Paediatrician currently serving at Luxury Health Care Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. Her passion for paediatric medicine was ignited during her studies at Damascus University Faculty of Medicine, where she graduated in 2009 with a Doctor of Medicine degree, completing her thesis on Hypertension of Renal Origin.
After completing her residency through the Ministry of Health of Syria, Dr. Raghad accumulated invaluable clinical experience across multiple government hospitals — managing over 100 paediatric beds, intensive care incubators, and ventilator units. She further served the community through the Palestinian Red Crescent Society for 16 months in emergency and paediatrics departments.
In 2015, she achieved her Syrian Board Paediatric Certificate with an Excellent grade (86.5%). She relocated to the UAE in 2017, joining Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital before progressing through a distinguished career at Danat Al Emarat Hospital, Mediclinic Al Mussafah, and NMC Royal Medical Centre — obtaining her DOH Specialist Paediatric Licence in 2020.

Held in Abu Dhabi, the congress brought together leading paediatric experts from across the Middle East and beyond to share the latest advances in clinical care, research, and best practice. Dr. Raghad served as a session moderator, guiding expert discussions before an audience of specialist physicians, and received formal recognition for her contribution to paediatric medicine.
